First Class mail service: Royal Mail states that they 'aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day' but, further state 'although we aim to deliver mail the next working day, we cannot guarantee delivery times, including Saturdays'. We generally advise customers to expect their orders to arrive within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch using First Class mail service.
Recorded Signed For ™ service: is recommended for orders bound for major cities. A signature upon delivery is required for this service.
Special Delivery™ Next Day (guaranteed to arrive next day by 1300 hrs): for orders placed before 1400 hrs on Day 1, next day delivery by 1300 hrs is guaranteed (on Day 2). Note: an order placed on Day 1 at 1500 hrs will be dispatched on Day 2 and is guaranteed to arrive by 1300 hrs on Day 3. A signature is required upon delivery.

International orders: international orders are dispatched by Royal Mail's International Signed For™ service and delivered by the local in-country postal delivery service. The service cost is dependent upon the number of wallets ordered. Prices stated at check-out dependant upon location of customer, whether Europe or Rest of World. Place your order by 1400 hours. A signature is required upon delivery.
