My duo wallet was bought new from Frio in 2008, with a 12 month guarantee. It has always worked perfectly in continuous use, but my wife says I must get a new one because the original is looking too scruffy.
I ordered a new one at approximately 13.00 yesterday and discovered that I was eligible for VAT-free about an hour later. I immediately asked Frio about altering my order and received a reply, with VAT cancelled, 14 minutes later. The order arrived at about 13.00 today by normal delivery. Amazing quality of products and unsurpassable customer support!!!
